A nutritive tonic from the fresh sprouted leaves of wheatgrass it is high in chlorophyll, minerals and antioxidants to nourish the whole body. It supports detoxification and alkalinity, especially for those that do not get enough greens in their everyday diet. Wheatgrass is slightly bitter to taste, stimulating digestion.

BARLEY GRASS:
A nutritive tonic from the fresh sprouted leaves of barley grass, it is high in chlorophyll, minerals and antioxidants to nourish the whole body. It supports detoxification and alkalinity, especially for those that do not get enough greens in their everyday diet. Barley grass is slightly sweet in taste, making it a pleasant counter part to wheatgrass.

SPIRULINA:
A nutrient dense blue-green algae, full of bioflavonoids, minerals and vitamins. It supports kidney function, cardiovascular health and whole body vitality. Spirulina has an extra special quality in that it contains Phycocyanin, a plant-based protein that has shown to have anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective (liver protecting) and cholesterol lowering properties.

GOTU KOLA:
Traditionally used to support the healing of skin and reduce scar tissue. Gotu Kola is also popular as an adaptogenic herb promoting cognitive function and improving memory.

Add 2 tsp to your smoothie, hot water/mylk or add to baking. Add honey to taste.

Make a salad dressing with 1 tsp of Nettle + Spirulina Herbal Mixer, juice of one squeezed lemon and a drizzle of olive oil. Combine and add to salads.
