Refund policy
If your product is unsatisfactory or was damaged please touch base with us within 30 days of purchase to discuss further. If a refund is due we will process the credit within 7 working days.
Due to health and safety restrictions we can only offer returns on some products such as skincare and consumables if they are unopened.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if necessary.
