Our Shipping Policy 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within two working days and most take less than one.

We don’t send orders out over the weekends or public holidays, but will work to your order on it’s way as soon as possible on the next working day(s).

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order is on it’s way you will receive an email (or text message if you have selected this preference at checkout ) to confirm your order has been sent and tracking information.  We use overnight couriers within NZ for speedy, reliable delivery. 

DAMAGES

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship within New Zealand (our home country) and Australia.
The Wellness Collective is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order if you are ordering outside of New Zealand. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
