Calendula* (Calendula officinalis), Hibiscus* (Hibiscus sabdariffa/rosa-sinensis), Spray Free Rose Petals, Rosehip* (Rosa canina) and Schisandra Berries* (Schisandra chinensis).

Infuse 2 teaspoons of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
