I'm Sarah, a Maternal Mental Health Coach, Mindfulness Teacher, Speaker, Writer and Mama's Circle facilitator. I empower, guide and support Mums to optimise their Mental Health, so they can navigate Motherhood with confidence, clarity and authenticity.
I help Mums in a number of ways- through 1-1 Coaching, educational workshops and webinars, support through my private Facebook group, Mamas Circles, Speaking gigs, and of course the free content I provide on my social media.
I had been helping Women with their everyday Mental Health, then when I had my son in 2018, i realised there is a MASSIVE gap in Mental and emotional support for Mums. Motherhood is the toughest gig I've ever had, and having a strong toolbox of Mental health tools has been imperative.
I am extremely passionate about normalising the conversations around everyday Motherhood and Mental health. Removing the stigma around speaking about how we feel, asking for help and not having it all together, all the time.
To me, Wellness is multifaceted. It is your mind, body and soul. It's all connected. We are told to eat well, move our body, yet working out our mind isn't a normal part of our everyday Health and Wellness. If you feel like, no matter what you do, you can't seem to get optimal Health - perhaps the missing link is your Mental Health. Start checking in with yourself each morning and asking yourself, what do I need to feel good in my mind today? Do I need help and support? Who can I ask? What can i give myself? What can i say no to? What expectations of myself can I reduce? Start checking in with yourself on a mental and emotional level, and I promise you will start feeling less stressed, more balanced and happier!
