Meet Sianna - Sianna Wellness

Q. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

Since I was young I had a love for crystals, oracle cards and spiritual aspects. From this I then hoped for a career path in helping others and being able to incorporate my love for spirituality. I hit my dream career jackpot! I also love spending time in the outdoors, and finding peace and inspiration within nature.

Q. Can you tell us about Sianna.wellness and what you offer?

“The purpose of life is to discover your gift. The work of life is to develop it. The meaning of life is to give your gift away.” — David Viscott.
I really resonate with this quote. Growing a sense of passion and purpose are the gifts which I incorporate within my offerings. I offer two Health coaching programs, “Recharge your Mindset”, 1:1 coaching sessions and “Bloom from Within”, group / workshop coaching program. My focus is on finding some simple steps to leading a happier life, body awareness, understanding your true happiness and learning to appreciate all that you have to offer. I also am available for 30 minute oracle card readings and I also sell crystal candles.

Q. What has been the most rewarding part of your journey so far?

Navigating through a journey of self love and meeting like minded people through my wellness platform, where we care and support each other. My self discovery over the past year has led to a deeper appreciation for myself. Through launching my wellness business It has allowed me to reach out and meet some pretty epic people! I actually met one of my now best friends through doing a Health History with her!

Q. What is one piece of advice you have for other women?

Trusting your gut and feeling from the heart, and knowing that everything happens for a reason (or from every situation there is something to be learnt) are my key pieces of advice. These have been my life mottos / mantra so far on this journey.
Trusting the gut and feeling from the heart has a great influence on my intuition and I have made plenty of decisions with the signs given. If you are feeling icky about a situation, go within, trust your gut and heart, you will find some clarity in what to do!! I also believe everything happens for a reason or from every situation regardless either positive or negative there is always something to be learnt.

Q. What does wellness mean to you and how do you incorporate it into your life?

Wellness is living your truth and leading a fulfilling life. It is about finding your own power and personal inner voice. I also believe that in order to help others it has to start from you, just like the saying goes “ you can’t pour from an empty cup”. I encourage others with “sister” inspiration. I can be your sister to guide and support you. Here is a quote I would like to share…. Enjoy xx

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”- Marianne Willamson
